1. Admission Policy
Admission is granted on merit, seat availability, and fulfillment of academy requirements. Submission of an admission form does not guarantee final enrollment until confirmed by the administration.
2. Fee Rules

• Admission fee and monthly tuition fee must be paid within the due date.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Students with unpaid dues may be restricted from classes, tests, or academy services.

3. Attendance Policy
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance. Continuous absenteeism without valid reason may lead to cancellation of enrollment.
4. Discipline & Conduct
Students must observe academy discipline, punctuality, dress code (if applicable), and respectful behavior. The academy reserves the right to take disciplinary action in case of misconduct.
5. Tests & Academic Performance
Students are expected to appear in scheduled tests, assessments, and academic activities. Performance monitoring is part of the academic system.
6. Leave & Withdrawal
Students intending to leave the academy should inform administration formally. Fee obligations due before withdrawal remain applicable.
7. Schedule Changes
TRES Academy reserves the right to revise class schedules, faculty assignments, course plans, or academic calendars when necessary.
8. Use of Academy Facilities
Students are responsible for proper use of classrooms, library, labs, and academy property. Damage caused intentionally may be subject to compensation.
9. Result Responsibility
The academy provides guidance, instruction, and support; however, academic results also depend on student effort, attendance, and performance.
10. Right of Admission & Cancellation
TRES Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission in cases of policy violation, misconduct, or provision of false information.

All website content, study material, branding, and resources are property of TRES Academy and may not be reproduced without permission.
